Why This Album Is So Great:
As a band, Aerosmith don't mean all that much to me. But this compilation of
their greatest songs from their latest albums is simply so packed with fantastic hard rock
ballads that is deserves a place among the very best. Aerosmith are good when they rock,
but they reach their best when the pull one of those great ballads out of their sleeve.
Also, it speaks to their credit that they seem to have outlived bands like Guns N' Roses
(too much bullshit) and Bon Jovi (Gone pop) who were originally part of the competition.
